Terms of Service

These terms apply when you request a quote from or order services from Delta Dream Solutions (“we”, “us”). Delta Dream Solutions is operated by a sole proprietorship based in California. By paying for an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
We provide digital services: data finding and cleanup, code and log review, research reports, and static agent-file vetting. Much of the work is carried out by automated software, and the results are delivered digitally. Each order is defined by the quote we send you, which states the price, what will be delivered and an estimated delivery time.
2. Orders and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Payment is due upfront, before work starts, by card (processed by Stripe), Bitcoin (on-chain) or X Money. Bitcoin payments must be for at least $10 and count as received once confirmed on-chain. Prices listed as “starting at” are minimums; your quote is the final price.
3. Your files and authorization
- You may send us only files, data and code that you own or are authorized to share, and you confirm that you have that right when you send them.
- We review only data you own or have authorized us to review. We don’t scan, test or access third-party systems, websites or accounts, and we don’t log in to anything using credentials you send.
- Please don’t send personal information about other people, passwords or secret keys unless the job requires it. If you send them by mistake, tell us and we will delete them.
- Client files are used only to complete your job and are deleted after delivery, as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Agent-file vetting
Agent-file vetting is a read-only, static pattern scan. We don’t execute, install or open links in anything you send. A scan reports patterns that match known risky behaviors. It is not a malware verdict: a clean result does not mean a file is safe, and a flagged result does not prove a file is malicious. You remain responsible for deciding whether to use any file. We may decline bundles that exceed our size limits or contain nested archives.
5. No guarantees of outcomes
We do our work carefully and in good faith, but we don’t guarantee security, accuracy or business outcomes. Reviews and reports may miss issues, and research relies on public sources that may be incomplete or wrong. Services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Our remedy for a failed or materially incomplete delivery is described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or data.
7. Ownership of deliverables
Once you have paid, you own the deliverables we produce for you and may use them as you wish. You keep all rights to the files you send us.
8. Acceptable use
We may decline or cancel, with a full refund, any order that appears unlawful, would involve data you aren’t authorized to share, or asks us to access systems we don’t have permission to access.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in the State of California.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you pay applies to your order.
