This policy explains what information Delta Dream Solutions (“we”, “us”), operated by a sole proprietorship based in California, collects and how it is used. In short, we collect only what we need to quote, deliver and get paid for your order.
This website
This website uses no cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and loads no third-party content. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and operations, under its own privacy policy.
Information we collect
- Contact details: your email address and anything you include in your messages to us.
- Order records: the quote, amount, date, payment method and transaction reference.
- Client files: files, data or code you send us for a job.
- Payment information: card payments are processed by Stripe, and we never see or store your full card number. For PayPal, we see the payment details PayPal shares with us, such as your name, email and transaction reference. For Bitcoin, we see the transaction on the public blockchain. For X Money, we see the payment details X Money shares with us.
How we use it
- To reply to you, prepare quotes, deliver orders and handle refunds.
- To keep records required for accounting, tax and fraud prevention.
We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t use it for advertising.
Client files
Files you send are used only to complete your job. They are kept in a separate storage area, aren’t shared with anyone else, and are deleted after delivery. If you ask for corrections within the 7-day refund window, we may need you to send the files again. We review only data you own or have authorized us to review.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of providers to run the business: Stripe (card payments), PayPal (payments), X Money (payments), Google Gmail (email), our website host, and the computing services that run our automated tools. They handle your information only as needed to provide their services.
Retention
Client files are deleted after delivery. Emails and order records are kept as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes, generally up to 7 years, then deleted.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing deltadreamsolutions@gmail.com. We will do so unless we are legally required to keep it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.
Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we update this policy, we will change the date at the top of this page.
